Qualifications

• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loans terms.
