OneMain is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist who helps customers by listening to their needs and offering fast, affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will work in a team oriented, performance driven environment with clear opportunities for development and advancement.

Responsibilities include multitasking to serve customers, exceeding expectations, guiding loan lifecycle including collections, and educating clients about insurance options.

Formación

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships throughout loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage customers through phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive, achievement orientation and team collaboration.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
