You will communicate with customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and chat—using our in-house systems to deliver timely, compliant service with clear, empathetic guidance. The role also emphasizes growth opportunities for dedicated team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and achievement of branch goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through loan processes with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws.

• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
