Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Home Finding Specialist in Tempe, AZ. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, delivering excellent customer service and guiding them through the rental process, including self-showing instructions and online applications.

Responsibilities include handling high volumes of calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate consultants, and maintaining meticulous records to support follow-up.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in Spanish; additional language a plus.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls from prospective residents.
• Provide general information about property availability and next steps.
• Direct callers to Home Finding Consultants or online rental portals.
• Aim to resolve inquiries in a single call where possible.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
