Avail, part of the realtor.com network, seeks a Customer Care Representative in Scottsdale to be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants. You will guide customers through the renter and landlord lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and provide helpful self-service resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supporting customers via high-volume inbound calls.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of Avail products and services.
• Guide and support customers through phone and email as they learn the renter and landlord lifecycle.
• Help customers troubleshoot issues of low to medium complexity levels.
• Answer landlords and tenants questions about listing, applying, lease compliance, and ACH payments.
• Identify the need for and create self-help solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Be authentic in every conversation.
