Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in new home sales or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed realtor where required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet all prospective customers.
• Demonstrates model home and explains features.
• Provide information about community and surrounding area.
• Ensure model home site is well maintained.
• Assist customer with selecting home site and options.
• Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets.
• Assist with loan applications and deposits; expedite approvals.
• Coordinate with production team to plan building process.
• Follow up with loans, contingencies, listings, and after settlement.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Recruit, retain and direct Sales Associates/Assistants.
• Other duties as assigned.
