You will document player interactions in our CRM, analyze feedback and trends, and collaborate with the gaming development team to relay player needs and ideas for improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in gaming.
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming trends.
