Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents (hardware and software) through to resolution.
• Provide standard hardware/software support and maintenance on Desktop Devices for their lifecycle.
• Coordinate IMAC and desk-side support services, including break-fix for laptops/desktops.
• Deploy Windows images and applications deployed using SCCM, Patch Management and Compliance.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors for component or unit replacement; provide VIP desk-side support as per contract.
• Support vulnerability remediation activities and be available for on-call/global outages as needed.
