Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Engineer to provide first and second-level technical support for end users at the client location in Miami.

The role involves triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with other technicians to resolve issues promptly. You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, install and maintain hardware and software, and assist with network connectivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement experience.
• Basic networking understanding (LAN, switches, routers).
• Ability to diagnose desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
