Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle Spanish-speaking callers via phone, email, chat, or secure messages.
• Provide first-call resolution for retail banking inquiries.
• Assist with Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Debit Card inquiries.
• Process payments and transfers and complete routine operations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate specialists.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
