Job summary

You will handle payments, transfers, stop payments, and assist with Debit Card and Bill Pay inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and delivering Service Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience in a business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of bank operations, products and services, and related laws and policies.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with computer terminals, word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, secure messages, chat or other approved channels.
• Provide first-call resolution for retail banking inquiries and some commercial inquiries.
• Process payments and transfers; handle stop payments and password resets; assist with Online Banking inquiries.
• Assist with Debit Card inquiries, Bill Pay, and e-Statements; respond to secure/unsecure messages.
• Maintain knowledge of products and policies; promote Service Excellence and support cross-sell opportunities.
