You will serve as the primary contact via phone, email, and messaging, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through online banking features.

The role emphasizes ownership of customer experiences, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with bank departments to ensure confidential, compliant service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of banking and/or customer service experience preferred.
• English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and secure messages with a positive, helpful demeanor.
• Troubleshoot banking issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems.
• Update and verify customer information, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Explain policies, processes, and products to customers and assist with online banking tasks.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products to deepen customer relationships.
