You will be the primary contact for inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, update customer information, and help customers understand online banking features and bank services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in banking and/or customer service is preferred.
• English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to bank customers through phone, email, and messaging.
• Serve as primary contact for inbound customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and research banking issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems.
• Track and document inbound support requests with accurate notes.
• Verify customer identity following banking protocols to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Explain policies, processes and products to customers and assist with online banking processes.
• Cross-sell appropriate products to deepen customer relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with all bank departments.
