Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by delivering personalized, accurate, and timely solutions.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through consumer electronics features.
• Effectively manage interactions through multiple channels, including chat, email, and telephone.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the high standards of quality associated with the JTI brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalated complex consumer electronics inquiries efficiently.
• Participate in regular feedback loops to enhance service protocols and overall consumer satisfaction.
