Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish at C2 level.
• Good English communication (B2 level or above).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in technical support/IT helpdesk is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Stay up to date with product updates, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
