Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, delivering individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods and support families in a compassionate team setting.

The role requires patient, reliable individuals 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities
