Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting under a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. You should be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move as needed. Pay range: $18-$24.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test as required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
