Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Candidate should be patient and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors while supporting children’s development.
