Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child, even if you lack prior experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
