Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and support children, ensuring safety and comfort.
