Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and compassion. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB clearance. Bilingual Spanish speakers are valued.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
