Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with child supervision and safety during activities and transitions.
