Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking caring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings across New Jersey. Per diem, flexible scheduling, and strong supervision support are highlighted throughout the role.

RBT certification is a plus but not required; we offer hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a small, collaborative team where your contributions matter.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour

Key Responsibilities:
