Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under a supervising BCBA. You will collect data, document progress, and foster a safe, engaging session environment while communicating with families and supervisors.

Per diem work with flexible scheduling, opportunities to work near your home in New Jersey, hands-on training and supervision, and free RBT coursework are offered to support your development in a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
