Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. The role offers flexible, part-time/per diem scheduling with ongoing supervision and mentorship to support your growth.

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Our team benefits from ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background checks
• Candidates must be willing to travel within New Jersey to client locations, within a reasonable distance from your home
