Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned ABA agency in New Jersey, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. This flexible, part-time/per diem role delivers 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, with hands-on training and supervision.

RBT certification is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are valued as you support client progress and collaborate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

• BT Rate: $20-$25/hour


• RBT Rate (if certified): $22-$35/hour
