Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings, following plans from a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Great for individuals seeking growth in ABA and child development. Candidates with bilingual English/Spanish abilities are highly preferred, and RBT certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Pass background checks.

Job Summary: Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team! As a BT, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides high-quality, individualized services to children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus, but not required! Our agency is committed to providing a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
• Paid training opportunities available
