Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Jackson Township, New Jersey, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

This flexible, part-time/per diem role offers hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow your skills while making a positive impact on children's lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in Jackson Township, New Jersey. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. About the Role:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a variety of settings, including in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
