Able Minds ABA in Maryland (Montgomery Village area) is seeking a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, in-school, or clinic-based sessions. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision and help children progress.

Requires RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check. Travel within the local area is expected, with flexible full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Spanish-speaking required or comfortable delivering services in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $30 - $36/hour
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time slots available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Most clients located within 15-45 minute drive (your choice to accept or decline any case)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
