Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated ABA agency, seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer a supportive environment with room to grow; RBT-certified is a plus but not required.

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision, collect data, and document progress while creating a positive session environment. Flexible, per diem scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation
