Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings across New Jersey. Flexible part-time/per diem scheduling supports students and those starting in the field.

RBT certification is a plus, but not required. You will work with a small, collaborative team and receive hands-on training and supervision, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
• Paid training opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred

• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks
