Job summary

Retell AI is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Engineer to guide enterprise deployments of AI voice agents. This long-term 1099 contractor role requires working closely with customers, engineering, and product teams to design integrations and troubleshoot deployments.

You will build and optimize voice agent solutions, ensure smooth onboarding, and help expand product adoption across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related technical field.
• 2–8 years of professional experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with APIs and debugging technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
