Job summary

Retell AI in Redwood City, CA is looking for a Deployments Consultant to turn AI use cases into production-ready voice agents. You’ll lead customer deployments from discovery through launch, coordinating with customer operators and Retell’s teams to define solutions, test, and deploy in real environments.

This highly hands-on role requires solving ambiguous problems, understanding customer business, and delivering real value while expanding use cases and sharing best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation or a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical AI workflows and plans.
• Willingness to work hands-on with integrations, APIs and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
• Build and configure voice AI agents and automation workflows.
• Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues across integrations, APIs, telephony, and deployments.
• Run customer workshops, demos, and technical reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to resolve issues and gaps.
• Track progress, manage risks, and keep deployments on track for launch.
• Identify opportunities to expand use cases and share learnings.
