Job summary

Retell AI is hiring a Customer Success Engineer on a long-term 1099 contract to help enterprise customers deploy and scale AI voice agents in production.

You'll work directly with customers to design integrations, troubleshoot deployments, and solve complex technical problems at the intersection of software engineering, customer success, and AI deployment. This remote role offers flexible hours and impactful work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, or a related technical field.
• 2–8 years of professional experience in customer success engineering or related roles.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience debugging issues.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with customers.
• Must be available to overlap with Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Assist enterprise customers in onboarding and deploying AI voice agents.
• Design integrations and troubleshoot deployments in production.
• Provide technical guidance and act as a bridge between engineering and customer success.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption with customers.
