Retell AI is transforming enterprise customer experience with voice AI, delivering production-ready systems and embedding with client teams. We seek a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer fluent in Spanish to engage Latin American clients and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with sales, deliver end-to-end projects, and translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM directions while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for enterprise communication.
• Willing to travel occasionally, including international travel.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering production systems in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Understanding of LLM-powered systems and UX impact.
• Proactive risk management and execution under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform.
• Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.
• Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools (CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools).
• Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs.
• Scope projects, resolve blockers, and align teams with concise updates.
• Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
• Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
