Retell AI is seeking a Deployments Consultant to work directly with customers, turning AI use cases into production-ready voice agents. You will bridge technology, consulting, and execution, guiding discovery through launch with cross-functional teams.

This hands-on role requires understanding customer business, solving ambiguous problems, and delivering real value. Expect close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, with potential travel for key launches.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and ability to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Hands-on problem solving with technical issues across integrations and deployments.
• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, or customer success roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
• Translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
• Build and configure voice AI agents, flows, and automation.
• Integrate Retell with customers’ systems, APIs, and processes.
• Troubleshoot issues across integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony and deployments.
• Run customer sessions, demos, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering during design and evaluation.
• Track progress, identify risks, and keep deployments on track.
• Help customers test, iterate, and optimize agents pre- and post-launch.
• Identify new use cases and capture learnings as playbooks.
