Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a post-sales, customer-facing leader to own enterprise implementations of live, production-grade voice AI deployments for enterprise clients. You will translate client requirements into technical specs, collaborate with applied AI engineers, and manage end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, implementation, or a related post-sales technical role.
• At least 3 years owning end-to-end enterprise implementations in a solutions engineering or solutions consultant capacity.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Comfort using modern AI development tools such as code-assist or AI-powered IDE environments.
• Experience at a consulting, enterprise software, or technology services firm is a strong signal.
• Background in contact center software, conversational AI, or call center platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is an asset.
• Based in Canada, with Toronto strongly preferred; fully remote candidates in other locations will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales customer engagements end-to-end, from kickoff through live production deployment.
• Meet with clients to understand their existing workflows, procedures, and customer experience goals.
• Map current-state processes to AI-driven future-state designs, working with applied AI engineers.
• Translate complex business logic and client requirements into clear implementation documentation and technical specifications.
• Manage enterprise and mid-market client relationships, serving as the primary contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
