Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a results-driven affiliate manager to own and grow a portfolio of partners, focusing on increasing trials and revenue. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a track record in affiliate or performance marketing.

You will coach partners, manage campaigns, and build lasting relationships in a fast-moving SaaS environment. The position is remote with international scope, and you will report to the affiliate team, driving engagement across Spanish-speaking markets

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years in affiliate marketing, partnership or performance marketing with revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an affiliate portfolio and drive trials monthly.
• Build trusted relationships as the go-to strategic partner.
• Coach affiliates on promotion strategy including content, campaigns and webinars.
• Keep portfolio engaged and reactivate dormant affiliates.
• Champion the Spanish-speaking market across outreach and resources.
• Own KPIs tied to revenue, engagement and portfolio health.
