• Troubleshoot cloud platform issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows.
• Act as a brand ambassador with professional communication.
• Participate in ongoing training on cloud features.
• Help meet KPIs and SLAs.
