Job summary

EvenUp, a fast-growing vertical SaaS company, is hiring a Pre-Litigation Associate to manage early-stage personal injury cases remotely in the United States. You will open claims, organize medical records, coordinate police reports, and prepare demand materials, ensuring accuracy and timely progression.

In this role, you will work with attorneys and paralegals, maintain case timelines, and drive efficiency in high-volume workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excel at process execution in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Communicate clearly with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Monitor treatment progression and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete case files for demand.
• Communicate with clients daily through the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy.
• Uphold documentation standards and file integrity.
