You will initiate claims, manage medical records and reports, and coordinate client care while ensuring attorneys have complete, well-documented files for negotiation.

You will work remotely, handle high-volume casework, and maintain strong client communication to advance cases efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excel at process execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Ensure treatment progression and awareness of outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete case files for demand.
• Communicate with clients daily through the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy.
• Uphold high standards in documentation and file integrity.
