Location is remote with hybrid options; you will handle 50–80 inbound calls daily and must stay current on procedures, products, and systems while maintaining quality and attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for customer interactions and documentation.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in high-volume environments.
• Must communicate clearly, professionally, and maintain accuracy in data entry and calls.
