Markel Corporation, a global insurance holding company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for English/Spanish speaking customers. You will deliver quality service, build rapport, and encourage renewals while staying current on procedures and programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• 2+ years of insurance sales/service experience required
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Responsabilités

• Work diligently to resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer.
• Strive for first call resolution to provide 'best in class' service.
• CSRs stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to meet department standards and guidelines.
