Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have call center experience, and excel in fast-paced environments with strong communication skills and a reliable home workspace.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
