Job summary

PCI Brand in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Client Solutions Associate (Spanish bilingual) to support customers through the loan and contract journey. The role requires in-office presence and offers a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 1:00pm to 10:00pm PST, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Starting pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, reflecting experience and location. You will verify identities, explain terms, and deliver real-time support while maintaining a high standard of customer care and problem

Qualifications

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for inbound calls, applications, and electronic credit submissions.
Verify client identities and clearly explain financing terms to build trust.
Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshoot application and contract issues.
Resolve account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
Review loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
