Job summary

The Just One Project is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative in Las Vegas, NV. You will be the first point of contact, handling front desk duties, client intake, and data entry to support service delivery with dignity and equity for every client.

Ideal candidates bring Spanish bilingual skills, strong communication, and organized, detail-focused abilities. The role includes variable hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year nonprofit experience (preferred).
• 2+ years administrative, client services experience (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phone inquiries and assisting clients with check-in (drive-thru and walk-in).
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to Client Services Coordinators and Managers.
• Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions per protocols.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments based on staff availability and client needs.
• Enter and update client demographic information in Salesforce; assist in audits for data accuracy.
• Respond to referrals from external partners and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
• Support daily intake processes and overall efficiency of client service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and access additional services.
• Assist in compiling reports on client engagement, appointment trends, and service utilization.
• Identify and recommend process improvements; support implementation of streamlined procedures.
