Preferred Credit, Inc. is seeking a Spanish bilingual Client Solutions Associate to provide customer-focused support in the Las Vegas office.

You will handle inbound calls, guide clients through credit submissions, and clearly explain financing terms to build trust while resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, with prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
• Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
• Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
• Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
