TP in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage inbound and outbound communications and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish capability and a commitment to high-quality service.

You will handle product information, navigate reservations and tracking systems, and collaborate with teams to resolve inquiries while promoting a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or similar customer service role.
• Effective, demonstrable computer skills beyond basic keyboarding and proficiency with telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of property management, reservations and player tracking systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages is important.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Language requirement: bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound telephone calls, chat, email and reviews in a skills-based environment.
• Respond to inbound customer and partner inquiries using management-defined methods and verbiage.
• Provide customers with a clear picture of products and services and listen to the customer voice.
• Identify up-sell opportunities and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive company image when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Escalate complex situations to Team Leaders as they arise.
• Collaborate with Quality Coaches and Team Leaders to improve performance.
• Provide observations to Team Leaders to improve processes and offerings.
• Support company culture and adhere to policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Be willing to assist on the call center floor and participate in peer coaching.
