Job summary

United Consumer Financial Services is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver high-level customer service to merchants and consumers. You will support transactions from application submission to loan contract verification and funding or cancellation.

Responsibilities include processing loan applications, providing auto-generated underwriting decisions, escalating when needed, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Call center or customer service experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Strong data entry accuracy (95%+) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process loan applications from inbound calls accurately and quickly.
• Provide generated decision responses from underwriting (Approved/Declined).
• Escalate to Underwriting or Supervisor when manual review is needed.
• Re-contact clients to assist with application status or underwriting decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues with the UCFS Application Portal.
• Escalate issues that prevent completing applications promptly.
