Qualifications

• Six months financial institution or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to security procedures.
• Flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls within the established ring time.
• Verify member identity before releasing information or conducting transactions.
• Assist members with loan inquiries and payments processing.
• Promote and inform members about credit union products and services.
• Complete required assignments and participate in team activities.
